I started driving coaches in 1991 which included a variety of work ranging from school educational visits, coach tours, working with the music industry, TV & Film work so not a great deal left to do in this industry.
So with around 20 years experience to work from when i decided to start my own coach company, firstly with a business partner.

I had an all-round view of what people were looking for to make their travel experience one to remember and how to gain repeat business and gain new customers.
The name Concierge Coach Travel came from when I used to do London theatre weekends and upon arrival at our hotel we were greeted at that time by the Hotels Concierge and he would inform us that if we needed any help during our stay he was the man to see – he could call you a cab, give you information, book restaurants, get theatre tickets, basically anything. So when I was thinking of a name for the company and thinking that my plan was which was not just doing private hire work but organising day trips for our groups and tours which included finding hotel, restaurants and tickets to events, it took me back to that amazing chap at the London hotel and his skills and knowledge and his job title came an easy choice.
